PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Travelers have the option to pay for the trip in full or in monthly installment payments

  • A non-refundable $300 deposit is due at the time of registration if installment plan is selected.

  • Auto-payment is available

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN

You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we'll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed.

Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.  Automatic billing is available at no charge.

  • This trip is open to all ages.  Children 18 & under must be accompanied by an adult 25 yrs or older

  • Final itinerary and documents will be provided 30 days prior to the event or earlier, if final payment has been received

  • Please exercise discretion with regards to your physical limitations and abilities when deciding your level of participation

  • Roommate matching is not available for this trip

  • Each traveler will have their own bed.  Couples will have a king or queen bed.

  • Norwegian recommends U.S. travelers have a valid  U.S. passport or passport card for this cruise.

  • You should begin to research flights soon after booking your cruise.  You should secure your flight no later than 30 days before your cruise

Booking Terms & Policies

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government issued identification.

  • Prices are subject to change

  • Travelers will be responsible for incidentals that occur during their cruise

  • A $300 deposit per person (double occupancy) is due at registration to reserve this price.  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Travelers can opt to pay for their trip in full at time of registration.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan.

  • Balances not paid in full by final due date are subject to penalty fee and/or trip cancellation.

  • Electronic payments will be made via merchant account.  The Travel Krewe, LLC will accept money orders and bank checks for payments.  Travelers must email request for non-electronic payment to info@thetravelkrewe.com
