PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • Travelers have the option to pay for the trip in full or in monthly installments

  • A non-refundable $350 deposit is due at the time of registration if installment plan is selected.

  • Auto-payment is available

AUTOMATIC BILLING PLAN

You can enroll in our automatic billing, and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we'll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed.

Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice.  Automatic billing is available at no charge.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • Travel Insurance is not mandatory but highly recommended

NOTES

  • Final itinerary and documents will be provided 30 days prior to the event or earlier, if final payment has been received

  • Please exercise discretion with regards to your physical limitations and abilities when deciding your level of participation

  • Roommate matching is available for this trip

  • Rooms will have either one king bed or two single beds.

  • **Travelers that choose Land Only packages are responsible for their own airport transfers, and should make arrangements to arrive in Dubai on Thursday, December 28,  2023.

Booking Terms & Policies

  • Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your government issued identification.

  • Prices are subject to change

  • Itinerary is subject to change

  • Travelers will be responsible for incidentals that occur during their trip

  • A $350 deposit per person is due at registration to reserve this price.  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Travelers can opt to pay for their trip in full at time of registration.

  • Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan.

  • Balances not paid in full by final due date are subject to penalty fee and/or trip cancellation.

  • Electronic payments will be made via merchant account.  The Travel Krewe, LLC will accept money orders and bank checks for payments.  Travelers must email request for non-electronic payment to info@thetravelkrewe.com
